Down payment
For a binding reservation, we ask for a down payment of at least 30 % of the total arrangement price. You can also secure payment with your credit card details (VISA/Mastercard). The down payment is payable immediately after booking. The balance is due on site.

Arrival & Abreise
While arrival is possible from 1 p.m., your room is available from 3 p.m.  at the latest. You are welcome to have lunch from noon until 2 p.m., which is included either on the day of your arrival or departure. On departure day you should vacate your room by 10 a.m. Feel free to enjoy the resort’s facilities until 1 p.m.
Should you wish to extend your stay until 6 p.m.,  we will charge € 65 per family.

Meals
We do not give deductions for non-consumed meals (e.g., lunch).

Dogs
Are you travelling with a dog? No problem. We charge a fee of € 25 per day for your pet (without food). Please note that we cannot accept dogs between July 1 and August 27, 2023.

Payment options
Please settle your bill contactless by ATM card, if possible. We also accept VISA and EURO/MASTERCARD as well as all common contactless payment methods.

Despite careful control of the content, we assume no liability for the content of external links.
The operators of any linked websites and pages are solely responsible for their content. Furthermore, we reserve the right to typing errors, mistakes and price changes on the pages. 

Parking
We provide free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Other free parking areas are available in front of Villa Seehof and opposite the street next to the tennis courts. Guests staying at Hotel Alte Post can park on the car park opposite the hotel.

Tourism/local tax & contribution to the Sonnenschein Card
The tourism tax incl. Sonnenschein Card of € 3,70 per person/day (from age 17) is not included in the room rate.
